Refund Policy

1.General provisions

VirtualSIM provides temporary virtual numbers for receiving SMS messages. Each number is provided for up to 20 minutes.

By using VirtualSIM, the user agrees to this Refund Policy.

2.Charging

2.1.Funds for a number are charged automatically when the number is issued.

2.2.The service is considered delivered if at least one SMS message is received during the number's validity period.

3.Refunds

3.1.If no SMS message is received within 20 minutes after the number is issued, funds are returned to the user automatically.

3.2.If an SMS was received, no refund is provided, regardless of:

• whether registration on a third-party service succeeded;
• blocks by third-party platforms;
• further use of the number.

4.Refund limitations

No refund is issued if:

• an SMS was delivered;
• the user violated the service rules;
• the issue arose for reasons beyond VirtualSIM's control.

5.User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• choosing the service and country of the number;
• understanding that virtual numbers may not be accepted by all websites.

6.Final provisions

VirtualSIM reserves the right to:

• refuse a refund in case of system abuse;
• amend this Policy at any time.
