• absence of blocks by third-party services.

3.Payments and refunds

3.2.No refund is provided if:

• the number was issued;
• an SMS was received;
• the service was started.

3.3.User balance is not a bank account and is used only within the VirtualSIM service.

3.4.VirtualSIM may change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.User responsibility

4.1.The user is solely responsible for using the issued numbers.

4.2.The user agrees not to use VirtualSIM for:

• fraud;
• spam;
• bypassing restrictions and rules of third-party services;
• illegal activity;
• infringement of third-party rights.

4.3.If violations are found, VirtualSIM may:

• suspend or block the account;
• cancel the balance without compensation;
• refuse further service.

5.Limitation of liability

5.1.VirtualSIM is not liable for:

• actions or restrictions of third-party services;
• blocking of the user's accounts on other platforms;
• loss of data, profit or access;
• inability to receive SMS for any reason.

5.2.The user understands and accepts that virtual numbers are used at their own risk.
